• Think of the gas you'll save (and how much safer you'll feel) when you give up driving around to meet-ups for that Buy-Sell-Trade group.

Consignment Guidelines

• Sizes NB-4 brand name and smock clothing only

• Sizes 5-14 - We accept current clothing and most brands

• Accepting Seasonal Clothing

• We will accept great condition toys, baby gear , pre-approved bedding , strollers, ride-on's, books , DVD's, shoes , athletic gear , surf wear, baby and kid furniture.

• NO LIMIT for consigned items

• If you wouldn’t buy it, don’t try to sell it

• There is a $20 Consignor fee that is deducted from your check after the sale

• Checks will be mailed within two weeks after the show

• Consignor pick up for leftover items will be Saturday, after the sale. We are going to have all items sorted and ready for pick up after 6:30pm on Saturday. All items must be picked up by 7:30pm. If items are not picked up at designated time it will become property of Posh Whale Sale. Times are subject to change, so please see consignor emails.

• The Posh Whale is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items.

• It is the consignors responsibility to check the Consumer Products Safety Commission website at: http://www.cpsc.gov for any recalled items.

Merchandise Prep Guidelines

• All zippers, snaps and buttons in working order

• No stains, holes, pillage, etc. (We reserve the right to not accept damaged items)

• Clean and press all garments

• All garments must be on plastic hangers

• Hang garments with the hanger facing left

• Safety pin printed tag on right side of garment. Place paper tag under arm to prevent holes or the label of the shirt. We are trying to minimize holes.

• Pants should be safety-pinned to the top of the hanger if not using a pant hanger.

• Only consign items that are current. We will not accept an outfit even if it has a label that we accept. We want the items on our racks to be current. If you have any questions about your items before you tag them please contact us.

Tagging Guidelines

Item Entry and Tag Printing

To Print Tags: 

• You will need to purchase 8 1/2 X 11 lightweight card stock.

• 6 "tags" print per page.

• The barcodes need to be clear and should not be too light or too dark.

• After printing you will cut and pin (no straight pins) the card on the right hand side of your garment. We recommend printing all items at once.

Pricing Guidelines

• Price in $1 increments

• You set the price, however a good pricing rule is to take off at least 75% of what it sold for new.

BEDDING

NO used bedding , sheets or curtains accepted

Drop Off

Tuesday, October 8, 2024 8:30-5:30pm

Any item that does not meet guidelines will be returned to you. Remember, if you wouldn't buy it, don't try to sell it! Clothing should already be sorted by size and gender.

If you are unable to shop at the preview sale, you may give your pass to someone else. Passes can be picked up prior to the sale at the Elks Lodge.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR SHOPPING PASS TO BE ABLE TO SHOP AT THE PREVIEW SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pick Up

Saturday, October 12,2024 6:30-7:30pm 

All items not picked up will become property of Posh Whale Sale, LLC and subject to donation.

$10 fee will be imposed for items left.
